Here is what actually changed: nothing.

Your research-use BPC-157 vial is still a research-use BPC-157 vial. Your TB-500 is still TB-500. The reconstitution math is still your problem. And that math is where most people quietly mess up.

The most common error I see is a concentration mismatch. Someone reconstitutes a 5 mg vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water, then draws "10 units" because a forum post said so. But 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe is 0.1 ml. At that concentration, 0.1 ml is 250 micrograms. If the target was 500 micrograms, they are running half. If the target was 250, they got lucky. Most people never check.

The second error is unit confusion. U-100 syringes measure in units. Vial labels state milligrams. Reconstitution happens in milliliters. Three different scales, one sloppy conversion, and you are either underdosing or guessing.
