How Do the Experts Really Use BPC-157? A Side-by-Side Protocol Breakdown

BPC-157: One peptide, four philosophies.

I have been seeing that one of the most difficult things about biohacking with peptides is understanding how to calculate the dosages. This edition hopes to mitigate this for newsletter readers.

Let’s go!

Table of Contents

Introduction

BPC-157 has been called the ‘Swiss army knife of healing’—but not every expert agrees on how to use it. From short repair bursts to daily regenerative dosing, and even skipping it altogether in favor of bioregulators, here’s how leading voices in the peptide world approach this powerhouse compound.

Tool Highlight – The Project Biohacking Peptide Calculator

Getting peptide dosing right can feel like you need a math degree. Milligrams, micrograms, milliliters, syringe units — one wrong step and suddenly your vial doesn’t last as long as it should (or worse, your dose is way off).

That’s why I built the Project Biohacking Peptide CalculatorUse the calculator here.

With just a few inputs — vial size, water volume, and desired dose — you’ll get:

  • The exact concentration after reconstitution

  • How many units to draw for your injection

  • How long your vial will last at your current protocol

No spreadsheets. No guesswork. Just accurate dosing, every time.

And if you want the full breakdown of how peptide calculators work, why accuracy matters, and the science behind dosing precision, check out my latest blog post:

Whether you’re new to peptides or experienced and just tired of double-checking math, this tool is your shortcut to clarity.

Peptide Protocols

Expert Perspectives on BPC-157 Protocols

BPC-157 is one of the most talked-about peptides for injury recovery, gut health, and accelerated healing. But did you know different experts recommend very different dosing philosophies?

  • Jean-François Tremblay
Recommends short, targeted bursts: ~10–15 days on, followed by ~6 weeks off. He sees BPC as most effective in “repair blocks,” not continuous use.

  • Jay Campbell
Suggests 200–300 mcg twice daily (400–600 mcg/day), SubQ near the injury. He often pairs it with TB-500 in his well-known “Wolverine stack,” but advises against mixing peptides in the same vial.

  • Dr. William Seeds (SSRP)
While his exact numbers are taught in practitioner courses, Seeds emphasizes precise, injury-targeted protocols and clinical oversight. Many SSRP-style clinics follow a 250–500 mcg once or twice daily framework in 2–6 week blocks, with reassessment built in.

  • Prof. Vladimir Khavinson
Does not use BPC-157 at all. His research is centered on short peptide bioregulators like Epithalon, Vesugen, and others.

👉 Takeaway: There isn’t just one “right” way to use BPC-157. Tremblay prefers short cycles, Campbell leans on daily regenerative dosing, and Seeds focuses on structured, clinically guided blocks. Each philosophy reflects a different goal and clinical background — from research labs to real-world optimization.

From Around The Web

This is interesting. In order to make a boat load of money Big Pharma is recommending high doses of GPL-1’s. Dr’s are not telling patients that resistance training is a must and that patients don’t need to do anything different. This is wrong on so many levels but whose fault is it really?
